We specialize in the facilitation of summer seasonal rentals. We can manage some or all aspects of this from advertising your property on the vairous platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO where we have Superhost status across all our properties to working with your bookings list if you are advertising your property independantly. We have a large data base of clients and global luxury partners who like to book with us each year and we can place our clients or advertise on your behalf.
We are equipped to do it all from check - in to check - out, housekpping and linen provision. We fully prepare your property prior to guest arrival making sure all the
housekeeping standards are met and are also be 'on-call' for your guests during their stay. Our service is a 360 degree service so that each guest stay can follow on from each other in the smoothest way giving you peace of mind that your proerty is in good hands and your guests are happy. We have many repeat clients who are very happy with our villas and the services we offer to ensure they have a memorable stay.We have a mature and experienced trusted team including housekeepers and concierge professionals who really go that extra mile for your guests whilst making sure the property is being properly cared for.

We have many contacts in the local area and many nationalities wishing to rent a property for six months to a year or more.
